What is psychodynamic Therapy?

Each of us is controlled by thoughts, feelings, reactions and other processes that operate outside of our consciousness. Psychodynamic therapy - which is the modality Oliver specialises in - works to uncover and examine some of the causes that lie behind the presenting issues to increase one’s understanding of oneself.

Therapy is non-judgemental and confidential.

How does psychodynamic therapy work?

Therapy is a talking cure to discuss patterns of behaviour, relationships and understanding how early experiences may continue to have a bearing in current life.

How long does each session last?

Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes.
