Psychodynamic therapy - which is the modality Oliver specialises in - works to uncover and examine some of the causes that lie behind the presenting issues to increase one’s understanding of oneself.

Therapy is a talking cure to discuss patterns of behaviour, relationships and understanding how early experiences may continue to have a bearing in current life.
Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes.
